1. If you don't like the hair, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days. Please don't unwrap, cut, comb, wash, dye, bleach, iron, straighten, finger comb or install the hair. Please make sure they are exactly the same as we sent you.2. No return or refund when the items have been altered (unwrap, cut, comb, wash, dye, bleach, iron, straighten, finger comb, being installed or any other way)
3. Customize items is Not available for cancellation, return or refund. (Buyer agree this terms when they have paid)
4. We only accept exchange when the order has been 7-30 days. Shipping fee is on buyer for exchaging items.
